Join me on morning walks

Anyone interested in taking regular morning walks from "downtown" GP uphill to near the Diamond Heights Safeway? I do it as my morning aerobics and find it's a great way to start the day! Starting at Tyger's Coffee shop, I typically take side streets west of Diamond, then cross Diamond Heights Blvd and climb the 3 sets of stairs called "Onique Lane" which starts on Berkeley Way on the edge of Glen Canyon Park. It's a little under 2 miles round trip with a 635 foot elevation gain and, at my pace, takes about 40 minutes round trip. Creates a pretty good heart rate (132 in my case) on the stairs... our own neighborhood Stair Master! I typically start around 8 am at the corner of Diamond and Chenery but am amenable to different starting times if there is interest. I envision walking just about every day so give me a call or text at 415-309-6653 to see if we're on for the next day and to set a departure time. I hope some will be interested in joining! Please scroll down for a fun time-lapse video and a map.
